Our services are all delivered ‘on demand’, which means that a client only pays for the services they use and not a penny more.

Individual Services

The largest complaint of many organizations using human resources consulting services is that they must enter a flat-rate contract with a consultant for complete service, and consequently end up paying large sums of money even when the consultant is providing them with little or no service. This is not the case with HR/IR Satellite. We are pleased to offer all of our services individually so the client may pick and choose what they specifically require at any give time. If the client is a smaller business that only requires one or two services per year then we provide them with only those specific services, and that is all they pay for. If the client is a larger company that requires a variety of services on an ongoing basis, then they pay for each individual service each time they use it, and when they aren’t using it they pay nothing. Other than a low monthly fee associated with our employment advisory service, this is how every service offered by HR/IR Satellite is delivered. What this means for the client is that they do not end up constricted by an ongoing contract for some services the rarely or never use. They use the services they want when they want, and only pay for what they use. This in turns creates a much more cost-effective and efficient HR relationship.

Each Satellite set up through HR/IR Satellite is provided with a customized website, with password protected access to a variety of informational self-help resources for clients. These provide quick access references to aid in human resource related decision making. For the client this means that there will be no more time-consuming search for that one little piece of employment legislation or that one little acronym they can’t remember. It’s all right there at their fingertips whenever they need it. This translates into less time spent searching, freeing up time to make faster, more effective decisions.
